nice sleepy eyes! how did you get it? i've looked everywhere, even bought a $20 kit online but it was garbage (don't lose much for trying)

To be honest. I just manually put the up. Takes a couple minutes, but its effective for a beautiiful look ;] Also doesn't cost you a thing!
