they doo but pricey...Carcepet, erebuni,pakfeifer makes it....

ebruni has two styles, and there are a few others check www.toyotacelicaonline.com, and there is a section for body kits, just pick the 5th generation. I'm sure you can get them through element or there is a vendor on Toyotanation that is selling kits pretty cheap.

CF splitter is cheapest but don't know if it gonna look good.
Carcepet one is best but you'll need a lease on it.
