Need Airbags for 94 Celica

do a search, there were two 6th gens for sale, if not check celicatech.com there might be a 6th gen parts car there, not sure though

airbags are a hot item because bodyshops demand them a lot, and because of that, theives hunt for them aswell. you can expect to pay ~$1000 for them new from the dealer, so if you find someone selling them, or if you find one at a yard, don't be suprised if the price is higher than you expect.
