1994 jdm 3sge 3rd gen engine fs in toronto

hello i have a 94 jdm celica 3sge from japan. its never been installed in canada. very clean condition with very low k's it comes with flywheel clutch and pressure plate all in near new condition. jdm ecu available. 178hp. was going to put it in my mr2 but have gone a different route. taking a loss ,500$. have all acc but the alternater. took valve cover off to show condition. check the pics out at

$500 with ECU? Any wiring? Include AFM?

hi fred just the wiring you see in the pictures.i took the accesories off but have them in a box. i was going to use all the mr2 stuff on it because its different. i have the ecu but i need 150 extra for it. it was very hard to find and i paid more for it. not sure what a afm is. if you are serious you are welcome to come see it. its near brampton.

I'm thinking also. Need header, MAP, wiring harness, ECU. Won't work with ECT tranny.

yeah this engine is stronger than a 5sfe..if i had the balls to doa swap now I would do it....It has the same top hp as a seventh gen with mroe torque.

I'm still debeting if I should keep my focus on a built 5S or take the easy way out with the 3S.

5S-FE - $0
P&P - done $650
Piston - could get flat top result in 10.0:1, don't know if it'll worth it $800
Cam - maybe from Webcam $850
Tranny - I can get another ECT for $200
ECU - TechTom need tuning $500
Intake - ITB need to fit it on $200
Total - $3200
HP - unknown 180HP probably
Pro - I can really say I built the engine
Con - Cost too much for unknown HP

3S-GE - $500
P&P - will do $650
Tranny - need manual conversion $300 or $0
ECU - $150
Total - $1600 - what ever I can sell
HP - 210HP with P&P
Pro - cheap, reliable power
Con - just another swap, need MAP sensor, wiring

I know, there are missing parts to do this swap. If not, I would have got the engine already.

Im with Martin as far as the clip goes. Im sure you could get it done but after the mess I got into I'd be worried about you. Finding a alltrac harness is hard enough... I can't imagine searching for a good priced 3sge

It got cut harness. As long as I can get a copy of electrical menu and all the ECU plugs, I can rewire it. I can probably start with a 5S harness.
