i have my own little experience with danny.

- i paid him money to do a 3sgte swap. had to beg him to work on my car...took almost three months to just put the engine in...then when it came time to do the wiring he couldn't get it that done. one day he would put it in, then the other day he will take it out. one day the car started and ran, the other day he had to take off the entire head. then when i brought it down from his grandparents house to scarborough, he didnt want to work on it anymore.

- i had to take it to autoexpress and pay 700 to do the wiring

- sold all my parts

- swapped the turbo that came with the engine we were putting in with a old beat up turbo that had big time play

- made me buy 2 wiring harness and then two ecu

Yea i knew this guy was shady.... I bought a muffler system off him which he claimed was for the gts/gt and after going to try to meet him 2 times he finally came out. When I got the part home the thing had been welded to fit to the engine with the turbo needless to say I was out that 100$ I have since sold the car but was at work and saw this post.... sorry forgot the engine numbers but im sure you get what I mean. Good job on finding your car sorry it was destroyed

3 Months??? I had your car in my procession for 3 weeks the rest of the time it sat at your "buddies" shop. I never took the cylinder head off. The car ran but needed a TPS, you said you would source it and I never heard back from you again. A few weeks later I hear through the grape vine you took it to someone else to put the TPS in but they ended up scamming you, lol good for you, you deserved it. HAH "sold all my parts" My friend didnt appreciate you painting and ruining them when you gave them back after you BORROWED them.

So whats it going to take for me to get the money you owe me REAZ - lawsuit perhaps?

I dont know who you are but I didnt sell any exhaust system or muffler to anyone.

I dont have to prove anything to anyone, but if I have to I have it writting so you better have proof to back up your claim.

Im not divulging any information until I have my day in court but I think some of you need your facts checked...

Heres a little fact most of you dont know TOYOPET1 = JDMROCHA yes they are in fact one and the same person. Do your own research before you pass judgment.

my lawyer had a death in his family so the original court date of Feb 1st was rescheduled for Jan 11, 2011.

man, sorry to hear about your car man. this isnt the first time he's done this. he has stolen from the members on st162.net as well. i didnt think he would take it this far. i hope he does a lot of time in jail becoming someones bitch. man, i woulda kicked his ass then turned him in.
