FS: 92 Civic DX Hatchback 2300$ obo!

Up for sale is a 92 civic hatch eg. Ive recently bought this car and now I have to let it go coz theres a baby on the way.

Color: Red
Trans: Manual
Odometer: 345000kms (on the body)
Condition: Car runs smoothly and pulls strong.
Body and Interior: 1 out of 10 (1 = bad 10 = good) the car is at "7"


Mods:
- Short Ram Intake
- Teins Adjustable Struts and Teins Springs at 1.8" drop (Front) Rears are stock.
- Red Yonaka Racing Seat (Drivers Only)

The Good:
-Replaced Fuel Pump
-Replaced Plugs & wires
-Recently Swapped 94 Stock Civic Engine & Tranny now at 120000kms.
-Tires at 90% thear Front Toyos and 80% thread on Rears Motomaster on steelies
-Replaced Muffler w/ Stock (2 months old)
-New exhaust pipe from cat to axle.

The Bad:
-Engine light comes on after car warms up. Needs new O2 Sensor.
-Rust spots : hood, rear quarter panels, hatch....
-Driver door is rusted bad BUT sale comes with a replacement door. (used off a wrecker).

Extras:
-Performance NO Name Exhaust
-2 Steelies with winter tires (50 % thread left).
-Stock Seat (drivers only)
-Replacement Driver door (used)
-Full set stock struts/shocks

I have spent about close to 1800$ w/ body repairs, maintenance and the used engine swap.
I'm asking 2300$ OBO.
The car needs nothing but the o2 sensor replaced and the driver
door changed (which comes with the sale).
