1990 celica gt 2.2 5sfe motor. brand new clutch, flywheel, pressure plate, throwout bearing. new front pads, new battery. the car runs and drives great, and i actually just sold it, but got a call that he brought it to a shop and 'the frame is in too rough of shape, and its not safe' so, being the non-douchebag that i am, im taking it back and giving him his money back. so much for as-is as-seen bills of sale. what does the guy want for 1100?. anyway, i wasnt trying to screw him, i thought the car was fine beyond needing tires and rear struts. i guess not. Either way, it runs strong, and the transmission is top notch. it has a slight exhaust leak, dont know where, dont care where.

seriously, all i want is what i put into it. 800$. actually 900 with the battery, but whatever, i need it out of my yard. it will drive away. i drove it for the 20 days i had the temp plate for, and im still alive. its sketchy in rain/snow [bald ass tires], and when you go over potholes, but otherwise its fine. perfect for use as a parts car, or just to take the engine out of it, and call one of those 'we'll take any car out of your yard, and give you 50$ for it' places, to take the rest of the car away. The interior is in decent shape, and is blue, along with the exterior of the car. The headlights work excellent, and both go up and down fast. no foglights, no antenna. the motor has no leaks.

FOR PARTS, or if you 'know someone' you can fix it the sketchy tires and struts, and get it inspected. but im selling it 'for parts'. 800$ takes it away.

i was actually almost going to be near you this weekend, until i realized how friggen long of a drive it was to get to niagara for one night. i'll make it a long weekend trip one of these days.

yea, probably not worth the hassle for this thing. importing into the US is a fun task + a half. be happy you're on the easy side of the border.

apparently it needs rear control arms, and its just that one small hole on the frame thats rusted through.

Edit: I'll part this thing out if there's enough interest. Everything works minttastic, besides the sunroof motor, and the broken off antenna. The heater blower motor doesnt sound all that healthy, but its probably just a mouse or something that its chewing up. No big deal.
