i hope these sell for you but there really shouldn't be a good reason to ever use these in a celica.

Re: FS: Scosche TA-03 Wiring Kit (2)
it's a amp adaptor, not really a harness, not really an adaptor but simply a way to make the upgraded systems in toyotas function with aftermarket decks with out creative splicing.
if you went to an after market deck. why use stock amps wiring or even speakers for that matter? i mean i can see the reason for such adapters if someone only wants to add on something and they want to add a line out to a stock 4 channel out deck but these break out boxes are never really the answer. if you want stock looks but great sound then have the deck behave as simply a signal processor and have find a way to convert your channels to line out's but if you want to have an aftermarket deck and stock amps then you should really think about the goals you hope to achive because the deck will outpower most stock amps and the locations won't be optimal with unballanced power,... i see these as reasonable parts to have for 2000+ toyota's with factory upgraded systems but if you've got jbl or polk or what ever stock then why mess it all up with a unbalanced head unit, and if you really need to go outta your way to replace the head unit then you have to acknowledge that there will have to be other components that are replaced too. which in my opinion are most probably going to be the parts of the system that actually affect the toatal system out put and feel... again, if someone wants to upgrade a gt-s's deck with something else and doesn't want to change anything else at all these are a good deal and sell for 40 cdn at walmart but to me there's no point in installing something that would be rendered unnecessary as soon as you decide to take the next steps to achieve a goal you had before buying it. personally the only stock wiring that is left from my honda is the power and acc lines from the fuse box, everything else has been redone and all the externally amplified speakers are run with totaly new wiring, but if i were to take a 2001 GTS with a sound package and think what my upgrade route would be over the JBL i would say that until you are prepared to select a new head unit, front components with passive crossovers, rear components with passive crossovers, sub, box, amp, and a few packs of dynamat. until you have all that ready to go you will not be upgrading your stereo you will be upgrading your light show. keep her stock till you are prepared to go that far. if you have a GT then this isn't nessary and everything can be wired with out a harness if you are willing to cut your stocker or pick up a $10 female harness at crappy tire... AGAIN, i wasn't trying to hurt your sale here, i just really think that the only reason for buying one of these would be a person that finds the stock setup to be too loud, too bass heavy and too clear but in need of a face lift. because if you find any lack in audio in your car and you are upgrading the deck and wiring it in with that you will be spending more down the line and replacing it with hard wiring anyways. sorry to hate on the sale man, i just feel like the product has no purpose if the person is resourceful enough to be on forums and ask the right questions. if they are here that means they care about the car and want to do things the best way, and with out any disrespect that why you have these now. they really are only of use to people that are limited in their goals and i don't see many of them on this site. every one here is only limited by money. think of the water theroy i've talked about before, the deck is like the start of a river, and the speakers are like the basin it feeds, if the basin dosn't get the right amount of water it floods or dries up. well in audio you can over power and under power amps which results in poor signal quality or distortion from volume. the best thing to do is to make sure that the operating ranges of imputs are reletive to the output of what is feeding it, the same way a plumber avoids using bottle necks and such in a house you should make sure that the pipeline you have going to your speakers is going to flow at a rate that every link in the system will be running at optimal performance in. preouts, line outs, and channels do not produce the same outputs at all and these adapters do their best to convert, adapt and modify to make for nice sound but really if given the option the right move is to find a proper signal processor to send the info that your amps and speakers are looking to receive, toyota has done that for you with your stock speakers and amps and deck, so if you want to change anything you will probably want to change everything
