5th gen. VIS carbon fiber hood

Hi, I have a CF hood (OEM style) from VIS for sale, I live in Canada (Winnipeg, Manitoba) and prefer for a local pick-up.
I got the hood last Sep. for 800 CAD (nothing is cheap in Canada!!!), and I wish to sell it for 500 CAD. The hood comes with Sparco hood pins.

If I had a way to get it here I would buy it. How come thee always have hood pins, is there no way to put the factory latch on them? Or does it use both?
