I believe a grounding problem prevent the engine from starting. Most likely groun point on Intake Manifold.

Finally
It was ECU ground point on intake manifold. I put the screw in but didn't tight it
Oh well now it got a 8ga cable going back to battery.
Car run nice, valve a bit noisy and idle a bit low. I used a late model TB with no idle screw so I need to create a vaccum leak for idling. Looks like I need a bigger leak.
Put about 30km tonight.

The polyurethane mounts are so stiff the engine won't move under throttle. Gotta clean up the garage before my dad kill me.

Tow the car home on Friday night. It was running fine, Only low oil pressure at idle when engine is hot.
I was driving on HWY7, 90-100km/h. Saw someone pulling up fast, so I floor it. Engine doesn't accelerate no slow down no stall just keep running at same speed. Let padel off, slow down a bit, hit it again, get to same speed and no more. Suddenly oil light come on, get to Yonge, stop at red light and engine die. Start it again, sounds rough with a clicking noise. Pull into parking lot. Oil full, no hole in oil pan. Let it cool down a bit. Start and drive off. Still clicking and no power. Get to Homedepot and Tim Horton. Park it and call for tow. Car too low need a flatbed. Got home try to start engine, everything good, no clicking, no oil light.
Thinking maybe oil pump pulley was lose, clean up garage drive it in. Started rough but no clicking. Remove lower belt cover. Pulley is tight like a 10 years old. Ok, oil pickup in oil pan lose? Drain oil and drop oil pan.






From underneath, cylinder wall looks fine. Cams are fine, need to adjust clearance. Metal are not high magnetic, just barely stuck to magnet. Anyone know what they could be?
Gonna cut oil filter and remove oil pump to see if there is any clue.

Dont hate me because I dont know what the part is called, but I'll explain it... Does our 5th gen have a part in the oil pan that is attached to the crankshaft, and while the crankshaft is spinning it spins around in a circal to circulate the oil?

think you mean sump pump...and no...

btu piney..coudl it be paint chips? some times if you paint thick enough it will chip off and take some of the metal with it?
