Thumbs up My 1UZ Supra

Hi all, I have another project goin, almost done too, putting a 1UZ-FE in a MKIII Supra. Be aware, its still in progress, I have a lot of loose ends to tie up before its done, but I was asked for a few pics of the Supra, so here ye go, enjoy:

Fits like a snug glove, haha!

Ebay Tocoma headders, looked good, but didnt fit:

Before the swap began:

Plans are to get this running as a temporary daily driver then revert back to the Celica as a DD so I can finish the Supra up for good.

Hope you liked, Thanks.

Re: My 1UZ Supra

Thanks, it should be drivable this weekend, and finished in another month or so.

Your from the Tampa area? Don't suppose you know of Jake and his 1UZ Supra, I think there are about seven 1UZ Supras in the Tampa area.

I got a set of factory manifolds, well they are tubular, so I guess you could call them factory headers. :)

Cool, I'm unsure if they all made it to any meets, of coarse a few of them are still works in progress so they may not be at any meets for a few months.

Thanks for the replies.

Re: My 1UZ Supra

Very cool Chambers. So, hows it running. This is my kinda car. I have a 93 z28 6 speed. I love the torque that just makes you stick to your seat like taking off in a plane. I like my little 90 celica but wish it had that same torque. You found a way to make that happen. If mine was rear wheel drive, I would probably try something with an ls1. Nice work. Any vids of it running yet?
