Hey, I'm new

Hey, guys my name is Ruben, I just joined this forum today but unfortunately do not own a celica yet, im looking for a 2001-2005 black GTS with black leather and a 6sp manual. I can't seem to find one in my area with decent miles, so at the moment I drive a 2004 nissan titan...it sucks, never buy one, I've had to many problems with it to list including replaced the engine after 22k miles....any way, if yall know of a Gts in the san antonio area...let me know as I am in the market to buy one. Well, I was just introducing myself and its nice to be in your forum, thanks!

Black is a very difficult color to come by. You will see a lot of Carbon Blue most likely which is very nice alternative...basically looks black at night. Anyhow, welcome to the boards.

welcome bud..GT-S are fun cars to drive. Some of the black GT-S came with black/blue leather/swede seats and not all black, so look out for that. But all gt-s are 6 speed. Good luck in your hunt!

they are..i don't think i've seen a 2000-2005 black celica gt-s with 6-speed manual..i think i've got the only one on this forum..if i'm not mistaken.

edit: oh and black leather interior too ;)

Are you referring to the TRD GT-S? If so it's Carbon Blue not Black. I don't recall any other model of Celica coming with 2 tone seats (other then the GT/GT-S Panasonic and TRD Editions.

Pipes performance in ontario canada run's a black on black but the seats still ahve some blue trim on them and arn't leather.

Trust me they were Carbon Blue. I owned the 03 TRD GT-S and it only came in CB. The TRD GT came in Silver.
