noob questions about cai and exhaust

i have a manual 2000 celica gt, so what kind of performance increase can u see with just cai and exhaust, can u guys give me 0-60 and 1/4 mile numbers for that? what manufacturer would u guys recommend?

and lastely what kind of effect do these mods have on gas mileage...since i drive long distance this is a consideration

plane and simple from my experience they add pretty well d!ck sh!t.. pardon my french.. when i first started out i read that u can increase ur hp by like 40 horse but then when i put it on i sure didn't feel 40 horse and ya.. adds sound and maybe 3 horsepower if lucky oh well.

ok well it wont do a 40hp on top, but it does make a difference, it will pull harder etc. makes it more fun as well.

well you can increase by 40, but that takes alot of work and $

put the CAI and exhaust on. It'll make about 10-15 hp...but u must put the stickers on ur car for the other 25 hp.

Celispeed stickers are dyno proven to add 50HP. For $100 ea, its a steal.
Less then 10% gain all together is more realistic.

mmm no, they are just throwing numbers at you, supercharger does 40% increase, so you can emagene the gains of the bolt on mods.
