Forgot to Introduce Myself

Look at me - a noob who put a post out in the Wheels and Tires forum, posted replies in other sections, and was rude not to introduce himself.

Well that's me - my handle said it all

As for info about me other than what you see to the left of this post?
New owner of a 5th Gen Celi GT-S (since October '04), a wife and kid who love the Celi, a driver who hasn't quite spun out his Celi (but came close to it - Summer tires in the winter will do that).

Where to spot me other than at Work? Playing with my son and his friends, Foosball at Churchill's, Poker with my cousins, fixin' computers for the friends and family (if I'm up to it) and being a good hubby by being a mall-rat with my wifey (carrying the shopping bags, but scouting for stuff for my car too

). I also forgot to mention I like driving well over (but not insanely over) the posted speed on twisty sections of roads and expressway off/on ramps.

Don;t try to spin out the Celi. It doesn't like that. Instead it'll slide sideway on all four until you hit something.

Yup! Unfortunately born and raised in Canada - don't know a word of tagalog, but my wifey is having fun trying to teach me. I still have to nail "Ng, Ng" LOL.

Martin - tranny is in bad shape (can't shift into second gear anywhere above 30 km/h), so I have to politefully decline until I get it fixed in the summer.

Pineapple - ROFL that's what I did! I hit the e-brake to try to swing the back end out so I can turn a corner in the snow and I can say it was a "fun" experience.

5th gens never want to race..cept turbo civic steve and he now audi 1.8t steve so that's no good to me and jew but his cars too pretty to race...
piney is also auto so that's no fun and dale is not goign to take me...as for 3sgte..well he's balck.. and his car has focus lights... and other than that i dont knwo...andrew will race me...but i always lose now... but i do enjoy losing to him...but i think he's outtta of the celi's now

First off welcome to the board. Keep posting, and keep hating, cuse its the only way to make friends.

I'll already told martin I would race him with my focus lights, and I'd probably beat him too. I have my rear lowering springs in my trunk that provide me with a 52/48 front to back weight ratio, and sticker in my glove that gives me 5hp+ at the wheels. I think hes just scared cuse I'm black. He thinks that if he races me and wins. He wont see his car in his driveway anymore. You know cuse I'm BLACK! and I can't take losing, or being wrong. I thought that was a french thing but hey I'm black what do I know.
All I can say is that I really wouldn't wanna be white, & french, cuse then I would just be some white guy who eats frogs legs, and screams oui, oui while having sex, that loves to hates on everybody.

But he does bring some colour & excitement to the board, and he loves to start shit, so martin just might be an undercover black guy.

Before I reply to 3sgte, thanks to all for your warm welcome!

3sgte - I'm not scared of Martin or losing because my car is bone stock and I know I'll lose to his car in an instant. I'd entertain him anytime but my problem is I can't afford for my car to putter on me this winter when I desperately need it to get to work!

So Martin, just wait until the spring when I know my tranny can be fixed without messing up the warranty that I got with the car - please. Then we can race and we can mess around with other stuff on my car. BTW I still want your car
