i don't understand the questions but if you are asking if a 5sfe block can make 650 hp the answer is simple, not with out HKS's budget and parts manufacturing ability...

i have just been talking too a friend in ireland and he just an evo. he tells me its 650 hp and boosting 2.2bar. i think its a bit too much boost maybe u can get same hp with less boost

31psi is alot of boost... i'd buy the story but on a 4g63 i've seen a guy run 32 psi and only make 540 hp on a dynojet... so i don't know about those numbers
