celispeed meet opinions.

ok ive been asked about having a big celispeed meet. that some members would like to put a face to the usernames. just wanted your opinions on it. and how far would you be willing to drive. for it. where thinking maybe some major car show/track that we all can goto. it probably wont be for another year or two. so what do you guys think. what venue would you like to goto. where would be the best place to meet up at. we gotta remember we have members all over the place. from new york to cali to texas to washington to flordia . just want some idea's from you guys.

i really would like to see this happen. so lets start the planing.

what about doing it somewhere in the middle of the US. like OK or Kansas not sure if there are any tracks or car shows around there but i'll look it up.

I love the idea of having a humongous celispeed meet... and driving to the central states would be no problem... the only problem I have is the central states dont have autox or a nice track with more than two corners

I don't really count junk, even if the meet was at my house, I still probably couldn't make it. Usually how things go for me. But was thinking texas is quite a long haul for anyone from up here who might otherwise be interested.

ya i agree with JR but a northern meet i think sounds good so if ppl from the north want to go it would be a batter opertunity.

well we all would need to make a decision on where to go and where to meet up. it doesnt have to be now. but lets get alot of options and we can narrow it down.

what about Iowa? found this road course looks fun

or maybe Montana? kinda in the middle of the US. Motorsport Park Hastings go to the "about the track" to get a map of the course.

although i don't think there is going to be anything to do at either location besides going to the track but i guess that isn't a bad thing
