Panasonic MP3 player Problems

I recently bought a 02 gt with the panasonic MP3 player, and it works like crap. I got Toyota to replace it under warranty, and it's still crap.
It plays CD's fine but, Only plays selective MP3 songs. I've tried several different formats and it still won't work.

Any ideas??

change the deck

look at other threads use the search button we have discussed this problem already

cd play a big role, and so does the burning software.
