Unhappy HELP!! My Car Wont Start!

Okay, So i was going to pull the car in the garage to finish up some body work and stuff...so i get in the car push in the clutch, turn the key, and it doesnt even crank....i hear a loud clicking noise in the engine bay over by the glovebox, so im thinking my battery must be low and not have enough juice to fully crank it over, cause ive had that happen before, so i get the good old motomaster eliminator battery/booster pack, and connect it, and try it again.....still just that noise...maybe the pack isnt charged..maybe i can boost it from my moms car? still just that loud click by the glovebox each time i tried to crank it....I know there could be a thousand different things making the car do this but if you have any ideas of whats wrong with my celi and could reply that would be very helpful!!!
-The car never made any weird sounds last time it ran/started, just all of a sudden it wouldnt start :(
Thanks.

sounds like your starter is toast which has nothing to do with the battery.

most likely starter....................or battery
try to "LIGHTLY" tap the starter a few times..........then give it a shot

Yeah my battery is charging now, so ill give that a shot when its charged..if that doesnt work then im going to try the starter...but my dad said he was trying to start it and he only got the dashlights to come on, nothing else, no noise...so i have a feeling its the battery more than anything,

-thanks guys.

yeah dude, sorry for the late entry. But I think, just like these other two guys, that your starter might be toasted. Which would be why your car wont start, I dont think its your battery. If you had a dead battery, i dont think anything would work.

Is it one click? Or more than one?

If it's just one when you turn the key, then check the connections from the battery to the solenoid. Otherwise, i'd have to go with starter.
