ya not illegal until it hits a certain decible even so how are they gonna tell? they cant use their ears as court evidence and from what i heard around here the only ,machine that can is in the hospital and they wont take it out for a simple charge unless you be a really really really really really really big dick then they might

ive always been really nice to the cops, and so far outta 4 speeding tickets, got outta one completely w a lil help from a friend (who was a cop), got 2 wrecklesses droped to speeding, 1 didnt help, n 2 other times ive been pulled over for illegal tint and improper lane change, just got warnings then, my friend in the back seat started getting smart tho, and the cop said listen if ur friend doesnt shut up u get a ticket, it really pays to be nice
