Just bought a 2002 Celica GT-S and....
The clutch is worn out already. When I bought it it only had 28,000 clicks on in and i've only put on 3000. Bought it used from the dealership 3 months ago.
Clutch repair on this is ridiculously expensive and I am told this isn't covered under any warranty. I've driven stick for years so it definately wasn't due to misuse. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how I should proceed here in terms of escalation because I'm getting screwed here. Any and all comments welcome thanks. |

Lateralus,
When stock parts go bad, there is no excuse as to why you dont upgrade to a performance aftermarket part. As Pineapple said, why not upgrade to perhaps an ACT Stage 2 clutch and switch out the pressure plates? You can always go and install an OEM clutch again but if I were in your shoes I would upgrade. -Ryan
