Re-Chroming wheels

Hello, my boss would like to get his wheels rechromed a gold colour, is it possible, does anyone know of where it can be done. I know there was place north of toronto, that does refinishing, don't know if they would do it there.

hes gotta lincoln Mark 8, wants to get his wheels done, as well as have his paint colour matched.

Most likely it just powder coat. Unless its alum and he want gold anodize.
