Emissions Test

I recently failed my first e-test last week. My Co% was .41 alllowed limit is .35%. I just had it done again after having injectors cleaned. I am not getting an engine failure problem so it should not be my o2 sensor or EGR valve right. Please help I have no idea what to do next. I do not want to guess anymore. What could it be?

can you make sure i pass??i need to get my emissions..last time i was there..i didn't even bother taking it..this bitch that was driving my car stalled my car 3 times...after that..a lot of smoking came out of my exhaust...

I have not done any mods yet as I just want it on the road with plates first. It is a 1992 GT.

we'll switch your cat, o2 and clean your injectors and run 100 octane +

How do you know if your o2 sensor is bad. I just took mine out to look at abd it was white and powder looking. The wiring clip that it connects to looks like it has touched the heat shield because it looks burnt.
