emission test-HELP!

I have to get an emission test on my 92 GT. I am the second owner and the car was well taken care of. Do I have anything to worry about or is there anything I can do before the test.

for my previous cars ive just put some premium in it and gave it a good run down the highway before the test

might be some other additives u could do to the fuel if its really bad
