PLEASE HELP!!

I have a 2000 GT-S and the lights for the AC and radio have stopped working. I pulled the light out of the Lighter and checked to see if it was getting power and its getting just over 12 volts when the switch is on, but the light is not working.???? When I turn the switch on the light on the radio comes on (the backlight fot the stations) but when I turn the lights on the lights in the radio briefly flash on but then go off including the backlight which works when the lights are off. All other lights work fine, ie dash, headlights, and tail lights. Can someone please tell me whats going on here? How can a light get power but not work? I have checked the fuses in the side panel in the car.

try replacing the light...

I did, none of the lights in the center dash are working.

it's a fuse in the passenger kick i think
