need help bad break problem

omg! i have a huge problem. when i go fast and break really hard the breaks give and it still goes. i does slow down but it still goes. and it also makes this clanking sound. please help

When you step on the breaks does your steering wheel vibrate.. when was the last time you changed your brakes? Have you ever gotten your calipers serviced? what kind of brake fluid are you using and is it topped up?

Need new pads. Change it before it damage your rotors. The clanking could be the wear indicator hitting the rotor.
