Wrecked Celica Need Some Help

This is actually my stepbrothers car. Ill keep it short, he turned a corner with icy/foggy windows and hit a ford explorer. I would guess going 15mph. Now there is no engine damage or frame damage. However he smashed in the front right quarter panel, bumper/fender is a goner. The main thing we are worried about is where the radiator bolts to the body, the little cross member has been pushed in and down. Ill post some pictures a little further down. Now the thing is it looks like the crossmember has spot welds. Can we drill these out and then replace the beam and then either bolt or re-weld the member down.

Here are the pics:

Now, are the little dimples actual spot welds or what??

I apologize for the long post but I really appreciate all the input! Thank In Advance biggrin.gif

you can drill out spot welds with a special bit you just need to measure everything 50 times to make sure when you weld it back in it's straight
