Transmission Problems

Hey for all of the GT-S 's out there that currently have, or have had in the past, any transmission problems, please leave a post. My dealer is giving me shit saying that I am the only person with a GT-S that is having chronic tranny problems, and of course they are saying... ITS MY FAULT!! They are trying to not cover my power train warranty anymore and I am not even half way through it. Any help you guys could give me would be great-- thanks
Tyler

I shouldn't have to, and they sadi if another dealer had seen the service records on the car they would prob refer me back to where i bought it anyways.

I had a horrible experience with one dealership and right on to another. They actually helped me out regardless of what the service history says. It's worth a try don't you think?

i bought my gts and soon after i couldnt downshift
from 3rd to 2nd and i asked a friend what he thought
it was and he said it was probably the synchro so i brought
it to the dealership and they eventually repaired it

also (my transmission was digging a hole into my cai O_O not good)

good idea to go to another dealership worth a shot

I bought my GT-S ('00) used a year ago. 25,000km....

I complained on here saying the transmission seemed really clunky... Well, at 35,000km the clutch and flywheel blew. $2,000 to get it all replaced.
