Northern Maine

Alright, I live in Northern Maine. I've got an 01 GT. All stock. I want some rims, good ones, with good tires. What would the best idea be for rims/tires? The roads aren't all that great up here, i'd most likely be driving on dirt once in a while. So, what would you guys say? 16's? 17's?

recon i should power coat my stock rims? what colour would go wif the silver body

alright, cool. Thanks. But would 17's give me a lot worse ride than 16's, and would i have the chance of bending my rims?
