Tuner lug nuts

Just got new lug nuts (tuner style) there seems to be rust coming from the stud.. any recommendations on what to buy that is durable and capped ?

take black nailpolish and cover up the rust, much easier

I have set of gorilla spline drive however they are conical 60 degrees (5 months of use)...
any chance someone would want to trade them for tuners spline (they have to be fairly new though)
