C.F. hoods heat blemmish

Gave my celica a good wash and wax this morning and noticed some blemmishes on the C.F. under the clear coat. The hood I've got is fibre-images. What is the cause of the blemishes, engine heat or sunlight ?

If it is caused by excessive engine heat is it recommended to use that reflective silver heat film and apply by sticking it on the underside to reflect the heat ?. TBH don't think it can be clear cut out. <shrug>

was does the blemmish look like?
are the new, or always been there?
this is the top of the hood?

The blemish looks like a dirty dull but light patches, one at the front of the hood and finger print sized blemishes top right corner and middle other on the left hand side top middle. Just under the top surface. The hood is about 1 year old. The blemishes must have been there for a while never noticed before but no older than 2 months. Defanatly under the clear coat and not on top.
