Pulled over for having tint

Has anyone been pulled over for having tint in your car? I just did. and my tint isn't even dark.

i have, go to court for it. If you have paper work that states that your tint is of legal limit, that's all you need.

of course all jurisdictions are different, but here in the sunny south factory installed tint is exempt from petty laws. i would go to court and take my chances.

it has to be light enough for a cop to see the driver, is the tint is darker than 35%

i don't even know what my tint percentage is. but it's for sure lighter than lots of cars we see in windsor. i bought my car with the tint 3 years ago and i've driven past numerous squad cars and never been pulled over. in fact i was pulled over by a police officer redirecting traffic.

ya take it to court it may get thrown out.
