glove box...

well we were all talking about gauge location and this is the result for now.

i filled the glove box with polyfoam then dremeled it out nicely to match the style i wanted and i put holes on the back of it that you can't see from inside the car.

then i made sure everything would fit in before i coverd teh foam with black leather.

ractive boost, oil temp and air fuel ratio gauges, autometer nitrous pressure gauge, blitz FATT turbo time, dual momentary and on off switch for arming nitrous and intercooler sprayer.

the nitrous only runs at WOT with the switch armed and the rpms over 3500 and at the moment the jets are only setup for a 40 shot

so far the total cost of the turbo kit is under $400 and if i wanted to let it go on the street i'd probably end up making an additional $1000,... it's tempting to take the cash and run but really if i don't turbo this thing i'll always wonder what could have been... i think this will be my last FWD project car and it would be ignorant not to take it to at least this level.....

but on a side note, RN2VNS saw the car as it sits now and even he said it was clean... which from my old days of light up sub boxes and mushroom filters is a big step up....maybe it's based on the fact that it carries a lot of the mods meant for a red Honda turbo that used to reign supreme on this site.

she's close now tho, i have a garage to get the rest done in this week and assuming i have the injectors and fuel pump and gauges in today and i can have some welding done tomorrow for the return lines i should be totally set for this weekend....

as for the barter system, well justin was already bringing sexy back, this was all that was left
