got bored today...threw a direct port system together...

all stainless steel lines

drilled and tapped the manifold today and bent up the lines to fit behind fuel rail and below throttle cables







haven't finished it yet but it's getting there....
thought i would show progress

it fell in my lap this week so i figure i'm going to set it up and don't plan on using it very often but hey, it feels good to run some stupid fast domestic parts just for fun, i'm going to send another line to the intercooler as soon as i can get a nitrous ring for a good price


i think i am going to paint this whole setup black to "hide it" a bit further but i have been told it would look better if the NOSsels and the manifold were black and the lines were all red and blue (red for fuel and blue for nitrous)

lets have a vote and i'll do one or the other by the end of the week...

i have to say Im torn......

I want to say black I really do as Im a fan of stealth. But I think you should go with colored lines. It suits the Del. The del is all about the looks. She a girly car so she's sexy. Your Interior is also quite sexy with your TV and such. Next your engine bay.... shinny turbo and IC piping and some blue and red lines that remind people. She may be a girls car, but she is built for business

i don't think vacumme lines attach to things that say nitrous and fuel very often... but it's a good call.

i'm still leaning towards all black.... there are 10000000 honda civic show cars, there arn't many turbo civics with direct port nitrous systems that try to hide the stuff, i don't see my car as a show car or a race car... it's a street car, it's realistic, it's nothing more than a civic with a small pile of bolt ons.... paining lines and pimping the motor with red and blue might be calling attention to something that isn't that awesome

nitrous system and intake manifold are going black.

e manage, gauges and turbo timer are going in the glove box. (working on this tomorrow should have some pics)

my only question is do i splurge and go for RC injectors that don't require a resistor box or do i go hybrid and rock supra or dsm injectors with an OBD0 box?
