nothing wrong with that engine...and it's still a mazda. I always think it's funny when people say "it's a Ford" when they talk about the 6 and the 3 but when the rx-8 is talked about nobody says that.

Ford is a majority owner of the company, they are still designed by Japanese engineers.

rx-8 is a ford too... and its ugly.

same with Jag, astin marton, etc... they are all fords.

The part that bugs me the most about mazda now is that the quality control is overseen by ford.... and well all know they have no idea what they are doing.

Nothing wrong with that engine? how many times has it been recalled? what was the last recall for? The engine would catch fire from the wiring?

The 3 is the best new economy car on the market right now. Would take that over the Civic and such anyday.

I'm essentially using my Celica GT as an economy car, that's fun to drive. Are they set on a new car?

Actually, i just checked both vehicles.... and for the same badge level, options, etc, they are 24,185.00 but the corolla is lighter, and has 10 more HP...

...yes and add 15% tax to that and you have almost $28,000. The 3 also comes with many more options and a lot more luxury for a little bit lower price
