To install or not to install?

Just wondering if its a good idea to install boots with new shocks/struts.
Some people say that it traps moisture and stuff.

What do you think?

The Celica has boots that are open at the bottom so they keep the dirt off but don't trap moisture. So ya, I would put them back on.
