No you can't. The torque converter in an automatic doesn't lock up like a clutch does, unless you have a lock-up torque converter but it locks up by tranny pressure, and you need it to be running in order to build up pressure.

no, the stall point on a torque converter is when it engages, not locks up. You wont find a lock-up converter on small cars, you used to find them on powerful or large vehicles, mainly used in towning applications.
If your torque converter froze internally then you would be able to push start it.

Actually Ratko you are right, well at least in a sense.
If you managed to push it fast enough so it is rotating faster then the stall, and you managed to to actuate the valve bodies to push fluid pressure forward to actually engage the torque converter fully then it could be done.
