If you remove old harness, you could fit new one there.
Different ECU between 3S-GTE and 5S-FE. Also different sensors. Even different year 5S-FE use different snnsors.
Get a stand alone ECU, maybe easier to rewire.
Just buy an 3S-GTE with wiring harness and ECU.
