2.5" too big?

i'm gettin a custom cat back exhaust tomorrow and i'm thinkin of 2.5" do u guys think that's too big? any suggestions on the size?

yeah hes about right...assuming you never go turbo..but if you want turbo...3 would be nice too...

if i get 2.5 and later get turbo would it still be ook? it wont be till sometime next year IF i do engine swap.

I'd like to comment on this.. a buddy of mine got 2.5" custom mandrel bent on his Celica (crusnn2) and his car backfires like mad. I later got 2.25" after seeing his problem and I have the exact same muffler and setup as him, and mine doesn't backfire whatsoever.

If you plan to go with turbo then you'll likely want 3" but if you are staying N/A I strongly suggest 2.25"

thanks guys i'm goin this morning still. i really want my car to sound hard haha soo i'll talk to the guys there and i'm thinkin of goin with the 2.25 and if i get turbo next year i'll jus redue everything and get a name brand exhaust instead..since i'll have turbo.. thanks for the help guys :)

ya i should of took a pic of it when the car was lifted but the guy really didn't want me walkin around the shop hahaha i'll try and take a pix martin next time i get it lifted maybe this week wen i get some new break pads :)
