GT4 engine, box and 4wd! Did 11s today apparently, not bad for first time out

Spec apparently is..

Engine: ST205 3sgte, 2100cc, 650ish bhp. HKS Stroker Crankshaft Crower Rods JE custom pistons ARP bolts HKS camshafts HKS cam pulleys Ferrea Valvetrain Dual valve spring conversion. Fensport Racing cylinder head. Fensport racing intake manifold. Turbocharger System: Garrett GT3542 Ball bearing, watercooled HKS stainless tubular manifold Tial 44mm racing wastegate 90mm Exhaust system. Titanium rear silencer. Transmission: Fensport Racing triple plate clutch. Fensport Racing 5 speed H pattern, Dog engagement, Straight cut gearbox. Fensport Racing front LSD plate type. Cusco Rear LSD plate type. Thats the "Fensport" Celica over here in England (tunning company), they were at "POD" kinda jap meet with 1/4 mile strip.
Think they came 3rd overall the fastest was a 9 second scooby, still respectable figures thou. They normally specilaise in the ST205, so was a nice little conversion for them.

road legal? ther is no way that is road legal... you need insruance to be on the road...

Its in UK, not crappy import hating north america.
You can mod an american car with 600HP, no brake, can't turn and still street legal.
A Corolla with better brake and suspension at 120HP is too dangerous to even get insurance.
