sound system

soo...i just got my celica gt a few months ago....my parents got it for me and im not sure if i have the premium sound system...it sounds pretty good but idk if it is....how do i find this out...also i just got a new deck and if i do have the premium is it still worth is to get new speakers or are the ones i have fine and i should jsut move on to subs?

i would say that its a possible stock sounds sytem...BUT there are exceptions...no clue how you would check...but for the best overall sound i would recommand changing out the speakers and adding subs anyway...i believe the aftermarket speakers are way better then stock...but yet its all up to the owner

premium system in the celica is just a small amp in the back of the HU i believe, IMO its crap

in the premiums arent the speakers better also?....well thats what i noticed about the bass, my speakers seems to hit a little harder than other stock systems but obviously since the speakers are in the door i get more rattling than i would if i had subs in the hatchback..so i think im just gunna upgrade it all to after market junk

the premium system is the JBL system, and yes it does come with all 6 JBL speakers, and Yes they are better over stock, but not by much

i have jl vr speakers in my car now.. they r stilll under warantee and im not happy with them so im gonna see if i can get my money back for them and maybe put in mb quarts... with an amp n sub... but does anyone know about an antenna that goes on the inside of the window?? i was gonna get the honda s2000 antenna but supposedly this one is better than that, and gets more reception...
