new rims

i have a 2000 celica n im lookin to put rims on it... i dunno what i want, i have been thinking 18", maybe 17"

any suggestions?

i was also thinking about a body kit.. wings west one... without the spoiler tho.. keeping my stock on but im not sure.... its kinda between the rims and the body kit....

wheels can make or break your car... make sure you get the proper offset, and something that compliments the color of your car, and even the body kit you plan on getting... hell even the tire size can make a difference. trust me i learned the hard way... i'm on my 3rd set of wheels and i'm still learning

well i have a silver one... black 30% tints n was thinking about racing stripes, but i dunno how they would look and i dont really wanna chance it (they would be black) i was thinking about the dark gray rims with a lip.. i dunno!! lol im new at this

dun get racing strips..looks ugly. get gunmetal rims 1.5 to 2" dish with a chrome lip :D

have u look at motegi DPKs in hyper black? those look pretty good on celicas...but do u want to go for the "steralthy look" ie make shit dark on your car, like black out the headlights to go with your tints, get dark rims, throw some cf on your hood schop and such? or do you want to keep the theme straight silver?

Well Def get the 17" rims..since 30% tints on silver has a classier look racing stripes would through it off...but you would need to see a car like yours with the hyper black with chrome or black with chrome...my rims match my car...they just need to be bigger...would u rather get a low profile tire with those rims or like a normal type tire?

everyone has a distinct taste but my friend had these in 18s and i put them on my 7th gen and they looked sick...

But i decided to go for dp10s cuz he had the dpk already

i wanna keep my car silver, i HAAAATE silver rims lol i want darker rims with a chrome lip i think.. the shiny ones look reaaaally bad (in my personal opinion and no offense to anyone that has them)
