Which Component System to Choose

I am having a heck of a time choosing a component system for my 2000 GTS. I wanted to know what everyone has heard and liked. I am going to list all the systems that are in my price range. Let me know which you guys would buy.

MB Quart RCE 216
Focal 165 V1
Infinity Kappa 60.7 cs
JL Audio VR 650
Polk MMC6500
Alpine Type R

Right now I am leaning towards one of the top 3 systems. Let me know if you guys think otherwise and which one you like the best.

Thanks

I'd go MB Quart. I had some in my old car, amazing sound quality.

You have two woofers plus the two tweeters in the front. You also have this in the back, but they are hooked up as coaxial. The tweeter is attached right to the main speaker, so you have 8. I was confused too when I first saw there was 8 speakers

they are mid bass drivers, basically they are mini-subs. they are meant to better handle the levels which are two high for your subs to handle, and too low for regular speakers...becuz they are meant for one purpose, mid bass. that is why they are accompanied by a tweeter (usually placed higher on the door)

And mb quarts don't have to be driven off an amp to sound good. even without an amp, it will still be a much cleaner sound than stock...also for the best sound quality, an aftermarket deck is a must.

Hands down Kappa's

Another brand to like into is the Fosgate Fanatic series. I have them (replaced my Kappa's) and they're a better speaker (clearer high's, more pronouced lows)

what deck do you have...are u getting speakers subs and amps? If so match them with the same brand. If you got an alpine deck, id say go alipine but thats just my biased opinion. Also the 5th gen celica has 8or 10 speakers depending on the trim and option choice. GTS with system ten has 10 speakers

2 mid bass in the doors (where the big circle is)
2 tweeters
2 speakers (one between the glove ox and the passenger side door, the other between the steering wheel and driver door)
2 speakers in the back
2 speakers where the hatch cover is hooked up

in the 8 speaker one....im not sure which two were taken out

brand matching isn't necessary, it is a myth, and the only real purpose to brand match is for show

I disagree....they make theyre components compatible to with each other, they sound tune the components with each other in development.
