Head Unit Install

Hey I am kinda new here, but wanted to say this is a great forum. I have a 2000 GT-S and was wondering how you take the center console apart to install a new head unit. Also I am going to buy an Mb quart component system and was wondering what I need to do to access the door speakers. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks that helps alot. Other wise I would have just went at it with a screw driver which might have turned out bad.
