Question on mod for display, control panel

I was wondering, does anyone know where i could find the mod, im not sure what it is called, that u can change your background bulbs in your display, control panel,(spedometer, rpm, gas, etc) whatever it called to blue instead of the factory orange. Ive seen it on a couple cars and i really like it.

^Not on the 7th gen. I believe they use surface mount LEDs. If you can find blue one and able to solder tinny (2mmx2mm) then you can do that your self. Try **<-banned site, someone there go a full writeup and will do it for a charge.
