Seven's Supercharger Stockpile V1.0 (56k Warning)
Some you know I was gonna go for the wide body conversion first but have been let down badley with crazy prices over here and inability of bodyshops to do any decent good jobs, so thats on hold at the moment *:( *hence the SC project is underway *
Any way heres the pics ![]() ![]() ![]() Pictures so far of the Supercharger stockpile, well bits that i've been collecting in readyness for the FI project. *Still got lots more things to get SC bracket custom piping etc which is prooving a real pain to source. *forgot to take pic of the wide band hiding somewhere at the moment. I'll keep this updated with pics and install information when things arrive and I get the time to mount on the car.

Biggest problem i've got is the mounting bracket and piping which i'm trying to source is giving me a major headache in doing this so I cant realy do much more untill I finnish drawing up the bracket on CAD then mounting the charger see how much space I have got for the pipes. *Been looking at the Blitz intake tube which has the MAF mount present could then bolt the biggest K&N I can find on the end *
Need to source set of ARP studs, recirc dump valve, possibly metal head gasket, and of corse those bloody tubes and bracket. *THen hopefully street tune, followed by DYNO time. *Thats if the car does'nt blow up first *

I'm looking for a write up in a few months. As well as some dyno sheets.

Well looks like a custom bracket now needed to be done completely differnt from the other outline flowjet cut copy i've got, which is not quite right LOL it may be for the 140 and not the 190 i've started to design a new bracket the SC side is now correct and drawn to scale but can't measure up or check clearances untill few things are relocated for the mounting over the alt.
I'm gonna have to put a hold on the bracket design untill I can relocate the battery, ECU, possibly fuse box into the back of the car. ALso need to relocate the AC pump which is in the way thats gonna be fun lol, also radiater bottle and few other things. LOL this might take longer than I had intisipated. Need to order some more parts to do this Hopefully theres enough room under the back seats / boot for some of the pieces. Currently stripping out the plastics as i'm spraying the interior black as well. So tempted to buy a spare engine and work on that so I keep the car on the road, but they are like gold dust around here. and being short for cash does'nt help matters. oh well LOL.

Need to remove and relocate the AC compressor, anyone got any tips on how to do this *I have also got to relocate the battery, ECU and also Fuse box probably under the rear seats out of the way and mount the radiator coolant bottle where they were.

Not much of a update at the moment as i'm running out of cash, and the no job thing is not helping.
Have managed to source a baileys recirculating dump valve also getting the bracket manufacured which I will need to modify upon assembly. Unless my circomstances change looks like it will be next year before this project is finnished :( .

Patients is a virtue and no doubt you have that. Ultimately this will be well thought out, planned, and executed much better then people who go at a turbo set-up and want it done/tuned in a week. Can't wait to see the finished product.
