Keyless entry remote

Holy crap is expensive. I called the dealership here in windsor to see how much it would cost to get a new keyless entry for my celica and they told me over 300$ with parts, service(programming the remote) and tax... That is way to much, does anyone know where else i could get one?

The previouse owner lost the remote and the owners manual...

Does anyone also know if i am able to download the manual off the net anywhere?

I'm looking for the owners manual (Celica 2003 model) and will want to make a spare keyless entry too.
