is there a certain wheel you had in mind
the size 18" will be fine as long as u have proper offset and tire sizes

The wheel im interested in has:
Offset: 45
Stud Diameter: 5x100 and 5x114.3

I believe i need a 6mm spacer for them to fit. But my only concern is... would i be sacrificing handling?, would it rub on full lock etc... and if being lowered in the future will 18s allow it.
Cheers

I am running with 18" rims and 225-40/18 and eibach 50mm springs.
The is no rubbing against anything.

Piece of piss to fit 'em. I was thinking about it but decided to stick with 17's though. Depends if your cruising or racing as to choice :)

18"s are a nice size, but the design of the wheel will really make you look good.

just remember not to go over 8" width and if you plan on lowering your car make sure you get low pro tires. The higher the tire, the longer the width from the rim to the edge will be...so as stated before, 225 is a nice size.

i have 215/35ZR18's with Tein S.Tech lowering springs (~1.5" F & ~1.8"R) and their fine, no rubbing.

Re: 18 inch Wheels

Think it's kinda tread jacking but don't wanna make another tread about the wheel size
anyway is it possible that using 18*8.5, 44offset wheels with 225/40/18 tire on stock height celica GTS? do I need spacer?
