Coolant change??

Does anyone know if we need to change the coolant in these Celicas?? I have a 2000 Celica with 95k on it. One mechanic once told me just change it at 100k... but some one else told me just to put in some rust-inhibitor into the radiator and i will be fine. What's your opionion??
How can I change the coolant?? Anyone got a diagram?? Is it possible to flush the system?? How??
