clunk in reverse
lets say the car was sitting for 10 hours, i get in, pop into reverse which is a bitch to get into, let the clutch go gas, and after a second there is a clunk then everything is back to normal. also sometimes in second it does it. right after i release the clutch.
sometimes it doesnt go into reverse fully, so after i let the clutch go and gas it the shifter jumps into full reverse. i feel it shift itself. |

your brake pads are loose, also spray your shifter linkage with some greese shifting will be smoother.

Re: clunk in reverse
Quote:
That clunk sounds similiar to a broken differential mount. Shouldn't be too hard to look at them or see how the rubber feels.
