High MILE Celica forum + check engine light problems

I have a 94K 2000 Celica. The car ran pretty much perfect all its life but recently started to have more problems. first the O2 sensor then a rattling... now the Check engine light is back again... not sure what the problem is until I get it diagnotic again... Anyone having more problems with their Celicas??? Anything I need to be aware of or need to change (I already changed spark plugs, air, fuel filters, tranny fluids, brake fluids, belts, and brakes) Please be as descriptive as possible, I am sure this forum will help a lot of people who are holding on to these Celicas...

I've got 172,000km on my 2000, I just pulled some codes: have to replace an O2 sensor, get cat checked and my evap canister is fucked..
I had to replace the MAF last year too, not just clean it.

Cleaned MAF

I just pulled the MAF out yesterday again... and cleaned the MAF. Let me tell you guys... WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. My celica once had a weird rough start... kinda like a mis firing start. Once the MAF was cleaned it starts in 1 crank. The RPM meter seems to rev a bit higher... and also the drive is a lot more powerful. I thought all my horsepower was gone after all these years... but the cleaning the MAF really makes a difference.
